Massimiliano, known artistically as Max Stecca, born in 1973, is a native of Padua, the city of the “Three Without.”
An eclectic artist whose work transcends the boundaries of art with passion and creativity, Max has been driven by an innate gift for creative expression since an early age. He has devoted much of his life to transforming his imagination into artworks that capture the essence of reality and human emotion.
His creations range from deeply intense and emotionally charged to playful and light-hearted. This ability to embrace contrasting emotions is reflected in Massimiliano’s talent for perceiving the subtle, often unnoticed nuances of everyday life and expressing them through his art. Max does not like to define himself as an artist, but simply as “himself.” Inspired by Andy Warhol, he often quotes the famous saying: “I think anybody who does one thing well is an artist. Cooking, for example.”
He describes his encounter with Cable Tie Art as a fascinating challenge—an entirely unconventional use of a product originally designed for technical applications. What captivates him most about cable ties is the very concept behind their design: they are made to be locked and never reopened.
